You only need wireless if you can't get ethernet to your PC and you need wifi on it. Sound card and wired network adapter you don't need whatsoever.

Neither a wired netwrok card nor a sound card is need. Maybe a wireless if u are on a wifi network.

The network adapter on the MOBO is quiet sufficient and wired is better over wireless for performance not convenience though. 

 

EDIT...

The MOBO comes with an a/b/g/n/ac WIFI adapter too.

NO, you don't, the h97 already comes with a good built in audio and etherner card, only if you want wifi, you'll need a wifi card, you'll only need a soundcard if you are some kind of audiophile or a network  card if you need 10gbit connections
