If it isn't advertised on the Newegg website I don't think it comes with it

On the official Never Settle website says offer is valid until 12/31/13

I think it can still be found on some websites. But if newegg isn't advertising it then it's not available there.

If it's not advertised, they ran out of keys. (which most have)

I just ordered a 7950 last week, I know how it feels :P

^^^

As stated above, it's been revamped and is currently a "rewards" program, officially called "Never Settle Forever."  It's basically like the old one, except you get to pick which games you want this time instead of just being given them outright. 3 games for gold, 2 for silver, and one for bronze.

Keep in mind that it may change or stay the same when the 9000 series, or whatever they call it, is released.
