Cant install windows 10 from win 7

Hi,

 

I have trouble installing windows 10 from my current OS, windows 7. When I click "ok, lets continue" it says it will make a check first. However after the 1 second check it disappears and nothing happens. 

 

I have rolled back from win 10 before, could this be the problem?

it could be

try disabling any and all startup stuff

 

and use the media tool to do the install

I am not sure what is causing your current problem, but you should be able to download the Windows 10 .ISO from Microsoft and perform a clean install. As you have already installed it and rolled back you probably wont need to enter a Product Key.
