No, it wouldn't last noticeable longer. Since Nvidia doesn't really allow it, to go in critical temperature regions (>85°C), it doesn't really matter in terms of lifespan.
But you can clock the gpu higher, if it's running cooler.
I would put the money aside for a new gpu in a few years. If you run a 780Ti without massive overvolting and at around 85°C it will last you a long time.
edit: Just read, that you don't want to overclock it. In that case your gpu will last you most likely another 10 years.
