CPU Cooler Fan goes to 100%

Hi people!


Before anything here are my specs:

CPU: Intel i7-4770
MoBo: Gigabyte H87-HD3

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600MHz

GPU: EVGA GTX970 SC
PSU: Corsair TX550M
OS: Windows 7 Professional


Well, since around two days ago everytime I try to play Metal Gear Solid V my stock Intel CPU cooler revs up to maximun speed even though my CPU is around 60ºC and stays at maximun speed even when I get out of the game, it just stops when I restart the computer.


What can it be and how can I solve it?
