Nevermind..... I rebooted it for the 50 millionth time and it worked

Like the title says Im not getting any signal out from the hdmi dvi and vga ports.. 

The celeron does have hd graphics so It can send video... 

I have no idea what the issue could be ive tried 3 different monitors
