I've been looking around on the internet and people have been saying different things so I've been wondering what power supply is needed for a R9 280x. Currently I have the Corsair CX600M and I've been looking at the XFX R9 280x. Is the 600W PSU enough for all models of the R9 280x?

yeah i'd maybe grab a higher quality unit before grabbing a 280x :). take a look maybe at a S12ii 620w/antec HCG 620W if you want a good solid psu that doesnt cost too much.

 

though i dont know if i could recommend a XFX 280X, i heard the vrm cooling on them isnt that great. but again it's just what i heard, would be good if a more knowledgeable forum member could back me up or down about it.
