hey by the looks of it my pc should be able to stream games just fine but im having massiv frame drops when ever i do can this be because i have amd cpu?

will it help upgrading to a intel i7 4770k or some thing? and yes this is frames not ms lagg 

 

im streaming just fine its just having random lagspikes on my pc 

 

or can it be another problem in this case?

Pretty sure a while back it was proven that AMD CPU's are better for streaming. Might be totally wrong but I believe it was Tek Syndicate that came to that conclusion.

What games are you trying to stream? And how much FPS do you consider "laggy"?

im usaly playing League of Legends on verry high 5760x1080 when i stream im at 1920x1080 verry low and im still dropping to 30 fps

Yes, when just gaming, and when gaming and recording. (CPU load, GPU load etc)

i know my cpu is having a hard time im getting this error on OBS high cpu usage i do not have time to check that out right now im soon on my way to the doctor but if you are able to help me again in about 1hour or 2 that would be great

Yes 4790K is better it has Base Clock 4GHz and Boost of 4.4GHz

i could se that but wassent sure its not always the ghz that matters but i went to the site u linked and found that its a bit more power on that chip 

So the solution to my problem is to get a new cpu and motherboard? or is there a fix for now until i can do this upgrade without clearing out my savings?

i mean something that is better then the asus rog series im happy with the one i have now and i cant see any reason to go away from rog unless there is something cheeper and better with better OC compability or anything
