Need solution for multiple fans!

I'm setting up my first water cooled rig with a Corsair 900D case and a 480mm rad. I want to fill each fan mount with a 120mm fan and a 140mm at the rear. For the Radiator I am using 4 PWM fans which have a 4 pin, and the other 8 fans are all silent which also use a 4 pin. My motherboard which is a Asus Z87 sabertooth, has 6 4 pin fan headers and the silent fan at the top corner and front bottom corner, don't reach the motherboard. I'm  having trouble finding a fan controller suited for my build since the only controllers I have found so far from local retailers only control 3 pin fans.

Use a molex PWM splitter, You can run multiple PWM fans off of one motherboard header and they come in either a cable design or PCB design.

These are great if you have PWM fans on radiators or in 'zones' as it allows you to set the same speed for all the fans hooked up to each header :)

EDIT- These are what I usually use for such purposes http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=17923

1 motherboard header going out to 4 fans and all powered by molex :D

So with this cable do you plug it into the cpu fan header on the motherboard or just the molex? or both?

Thank you so much I had this same problem and had to plug a fan in to CPU optional so it runs constantly at over 2000 RPM and is noisy.
