Need Help setting up Hp printer over network

I have a problem i can't solve need sole help with it 

 

Problem: Hp officejet printer connected trough cable on the modem

Laptop is a macbook air 2014 connected trough wifi

 

How do i set this up if its possible ?

The HP officejet 4500 printer should be able to print over the home network but the macbook air cant find it in the network, is it because the macbook is connected trough wifi and the printer trough cable ?

 

I have no idea how to set this up.
