This is the first time I've had to post a BSOD post, so I apologize if I've done something wrong. I will attempt to follow the BSOD Posting Instructions to the best of my abilities, as my experience with computers is mainly more with the user interface and programs than the actual OS and any underlying mechanics that happen behind the scenes.

Here are the links to the drop box files:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/i35bo2rrhpk5qjv/SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip?dl=0

If I didn't do that correctly, someone let me know.

OS: Win 10 Home 64 Bit

Original OS: Win 8 64 Bit

My computer is about a year and a half old.

Video Card Model: I don't know

System Manufacturer: HP

Model Number: I'm assuming that's product ID? 00326100000000AA465 (if it is not the model number please correct me)

I have a laptop

Some additional information:

I managed to capture a photo using my phone of the blue screen itself when it happened. It's located at this link since the file is too big, apparently.

At the time, I was running three programs, Skype, Google Chrome (with youtube open), and Cockatrice (a deck building/playing software for the popular card game Magic: The Gathering). This is not the first time that this has happened, but this is the first time I have been fast enough to use my phone to take a picture of the screen before it disappeared. I should mention that each time it has happened, the reason given for the blue screen is almost always different. I have also noticed that it seems to happen whenever I watch youtube videos. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated.

I've had very similar symptoms in the past and my diagnostic shows that it's a memory error. For me, it only happens when all 4 dimms are installed on my Maximus VII Hero, but with only two installed it's flawless. Weird.

As far as a solution goes I'd try removing one dimm of memory and just running with the other, as memory could be bad in this scenario. Followed.

I'm not as tech savvy as most here, so I apologize for asking, but what exactly is a dimm?

a dimm is a stick of memory, so four sticks of memory in a computer = 4 dimms. Laptops use a variation known as sodimms, which are just smaller form factor.

I'd run Memtest86+ First for around 6-8 Passes. If that doesn't come up with any memory errors, it may be the Graphics driver.

You can download Memtest86+ From http://memtest.org/

You can view a plethora of videos https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=How+to+download+and+run+memtest86 on how to download and run memtest86+

Thanks!
