Low gpu usage

So I recently got a 144hz 1440p monitor and playing gtav I get 80 fps but both my gpus have 50 percent usage and cpu is around 60 percent

Not sure why my cards aren't being pushed further to get higher fps

Any ideas?

gpus don't go over 75

make sure in the power settings its set to high performance. 

and your GPU might just not be able to achieve higher FPS, no matter how much power is being used

It is set to high,

Strange because when I add x8 msaa usage goes up at 90 percent on both and fps increases

So I don't no when when I lower setting I can't get 144 fps or 99 percent gpu usage

I think you may just be maxing out the chips potential for Core speed, try overclocking it a bit by like 50MHz and see if you can hit higher FPS, if not somethings up.

Its very good that its low you don't want it higher because the more usage it has the more heat it generates which higher heats mean less life span.

Core speed clocks down as well it's so wired but if I push the resolution up via drs then usage and dos goes up
