Am am buying a new computer soon. Currently i am deciding between spending more on a skylake cpu and motherboard or a haswell cpu and a better gpu

 

System 1;

i7 6700k

XFX R9 390  

GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-Gaming 3-EU

8GB DDR4 2133mhz

Cooler Master Hyper TX3

1TB HDD

128GB SSD

 

System 2;

i7 4790K

GTX 980

GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SLI

8GB DDR3 1600

Cooler Master Hyper TX3

1TB HDD

128GB SSD

Probably the second one because the 980 outperforms the 390 and there is not a lot of perfomance improvement from the 4790k and the 6700k.
