I'd hate to see the power bill. :P

 

They have one for that already I thought.

I have a workstation, gaming pc, two ps3s, a nas server, a server/router, a lot of audio gear. My bill is 400-500 a month

Unless you are running them all wide open 24/7 I'd say they account for less than 10% of your kWh per month. I spend more running the AC to overcome the heat output than the consumption of the electronic themselves.

$11.80/mo for me to run my PC for 18 hrs a day here. More than 10% of his bill, but certainly less than 25%.

They are always on. My audio gear eats power. So damn much. With out the ac in winter my bill is 500. Just got today's bill its 750. (for the month)

Damn, where the hell do you live!? I pay $0.08 from 10pm-7am and $0.13 from 7am-10pm...

It was 42 cents a kilowatt in the winter last year and went to 48 over the summer not sure now

Yeah I was looking at getting a few asic miners and I estimated at my rates I would LOSE 5000 dollars a year and make 1200. (with great luck in the pools as well)
