[01/19/2017]   Update #5 - It's Still Alive (Machine Re-Build and Minor Upgrades)

 

The project is not dead, and I still have my girlfriend, but time got thin which therefore left the project on hold. 

With that being said, here is a re-build and a few upgrades since 02/13/2016:

   - Phantek Enthoo Evolv ITX (White)

   - Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (Blue) with carbon fiber accent

   - R9 Nano

[05/30/2017]   Update #8 - Near Completion

 

So close yet to far away from being done.

I originally wanted to have the radiator up top and keep the hard drive bay, but nothing worked as plan and I had to improvise.

Gave up the 3.5in HDD for a 2.5 SSHD, Pump and SSD not remotely properly mounted but still works, PSU a bit too long and will need to get a new one, reservoir is in a tight fit between the bottom shroud and the mount, etc.

But most importantly, no leaks.

The girlfriend did help with the simple bends such as the two visible 90. 

Otherwise, the build is nearly done, will have final photos when the new PSU and some custom cable comes in. 

 

 

Sidenote I: The fluid is pastel blue, the distilled water was for the initial run to make sure there is no leaks. 

Sidenote II: Photos were taken on the OnePlus X, didn't have my DSLR at hand. Sorry

That was a long time ago....she never liked letting people trim her nail, especially the back two.
