I-5 4690k R9 390 Build Recommendations

1Revenger1

Hello everyone, I am thinking of building a system with a budget of around 1000-1100$, without any rebates included. The machine will be used for gaming, as well as some school work and some possible CAD/3d model work. I will most likely only be using 2 1080p monitor, so this rig will last quite a while. But I tend to have my computers last a while. The size really does not matter, I choose the case(below) because I liked the look of it, was actually cheap for a good quality, and I thought it would be kind of cool to fit in power in that small.

Here is what I have so far, and I think I am pretty happy with it, but I would like your guy's opinion on it before I see about getting the money for it, etc.

I have been putting quite a bit of research into the parts I have been using, but you can't always cover every single corner of the world, and so if there are better parts or ways I could cut back, that honestly would be great. Thanks!

I personally would run a stock cooler on that.

I would honestly run a 212 evo but that case tho :/ I wouldn't also trust that PSU/Case bundle because we don't know what kind of PSU it is.

assuming you do take my advice. look into the EVGA Supernova series

The 390 might have some heat problems in a case that small. If you want to stick with mITX then get a GTX 980, but I recommend going full ATX for upgradability, etc.

About the case, I have looked into it a little, and it seems to be a nice power supply. I am not really sure on its life though. A review I was just looking at seemed to do a load test on it, but I am still not sure how much to trust it after what you guys said. (http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/silverstone-sugo-sg07-case-review/6/). I think though that I will probably move up in size though, and follow what Killervolt suggested. Should I still trust EVGA with the power supply though? It seems to be a nice price for what it offers.
