Did you install any other components? Perhaps if your board supports it, do a BIOS flash back or clear the CMOS. Undo what ever settings you set.

 

If that doesn't work, put the old cpu back in. If that works, you may have a defective CPU.

 

Edit* Make sure {obviously} that your board supports the CPU.
