PC Waking up from Sleep/Hibernation

Hello, recently I started having my problem with my PC. It has started to wake up from hibernation and sleep every 5 to 15 minutes.

 

I have no idea what's causing it. I have included a couple screenshots from the event logs.

 

 

 

What can I do about it? How do I fix this?

Do you use a wireless mouse? Mine always woke my pc. Try disabling the keyboard and mouse from being able to wake it

Nope, I have Razer Abyssus and some old Logitech keyboard. Everything to the computer is wired.
