PC Wakes up from Hibernation/Sleep every 15 minutes.

Hello, so I have a problem on my PC. It has started waking up from hibernation or sleep mode every 15 minutes. I have turned everything off in the advanced power settings, also tried different Power Options. Right now I'm using the Samsung High Performance one because I have 850 Evo and it apparently improves PC speed (reading and stuff). I have no idea what to do, how do I fix this?

PC specs: i5 4690K, MSI Z97 PC Mate, GTX 960, 8 GB Kingston HyperX Fury 1866 mhz, CX500m, 850 Evo SSD 120 GB & random 500 gb 2.5" hdd.

do you have a wireless mouse or razer deathadder or any razer mice?

What OS are you running?

In command prompt as admin type

Powercfg /lastwake right after pc wakes up

And also try powercfg /energy
