Hi I'm new to PC's and I'm trying to build a gaming one that is better than my bad laptop I have a budget of 700$-800$ and I was hoping it has no fan issues and mainly for high fps gaming like LoL CS:GO I already have a monitor headset keyboard mouse so I don't need those additionals. Thank You
