So, I as part of my school I have access to a ton of equipment: CNC, laser cutters * 3, saws drills, you get the idea... So I wanted to build a few cases for my last year at school. Problem is I not creative whatsoever. Currently I am working on making a test bench, should be done by next time: Super super rudimentary, but hey its a first build. I am looking for some ideas on what to make

Make an Air 540 styled case out of Walnut with a glass side panel (as opposed to an acrylic one).

| Intel i7 5820K @ 4.8GHz | G.Skill Ripjaws 4X4GB | X99 PRO | HoF 980 | Asus MX299Q | Sennheiser HD600 |

whyyyyy not an ultra compact ITX case for an APU system?

i mean like suuuuuper compact. no room for a dual slot GPU, only one 2.5'' drive, SFX PSU, super slim CPU cooler, ect.

and make it out of walnut or elm. xP with any finishings from brass.

cause that'd look stellar! >_<

or how about a modular wall mounted system?

standard mATX & ATX compatability, mounts for a 240mm AIO, a built in channel for a PCIex16 extension, ect. :o

i'd buy that.

noooo....

because you could still go with a single slot workstation GPU.... :o

we could be talking w7000 and a low tier xeon :o

if it was just a NUC it'd be smaller than a SFX PSU in the first place x'P

just... pretend there are 2011 ITX MOBOs.... >///>

Don't really have access to much Oak or Walnut in Singapore, I can try see what hardwoods I can get out here without it warping, the humidity here is crazy (100% all the time), just look at the video of Linus in Singapore. I can see what I can do with staining some Pine or getting some teak or mahogany
