It will cover 1-2 DIMMs depending on the motherboard. You should be fine if the rest of your sticks aren't too tall.

From what I've heard I believe they do stretch over it a bit but if you have low profile RAM it should fit.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

Just be sure to install the RAM before the cooler. I have a little overhang on mine, but no interference otherwise

I only have one low profile stick of ram to the right of the cpu, then one with heatspreaders, then another without. I would swap them but there is a reason I can't which is kinda hard to explain

I moved my fan up about 2 mm, its no problem. I have g skill sniper so, somewhat low profile ram.

Same here.

I have Gskill ram and had to move the fan on the 212 up a few mm.

Top of the fan doesn't sit any higher than the heat pipes sticking our the top.

You can move the front fan up a bit. As the others have said above, your fan will go over the top of the cooler by a little, but it's not that much. For me, I have two delta fans strapped on both sides of my hyper 212, and the front fan is pushed up above the top of the cooler by a cm since my RAM has 1cm tall heatspreaders. It is not higher than the tops of the heatpipes though.
