Plextor M6 Pro SSD Cloning Problems

So, I got this drive a while ago. Its a Plextor M6 Pro 256GB. 

I cloned my OS over to my SSD and it ran amazingly (coming from a HDD)

It ran fine for quite sometime, but suddenly a problem occurred!

My brother was on my computer playing minecraft and it was time to leave so he switched of my computer (properly using the windows shut down button)

When we went back an hour later it always booted to the BIOS. 

My BIOS recognised the drive, but when I set it as my boot drive, or force booted to the drive, it would go back to the BIOS.

I hooked up an old HDD with Windows 7 and went on the disk manager. It listed the drive as having 100% capacity. Somehow it got wiped...

I tried to clone my HDD back to my SSD again, but it would not work. It kept on failing right at the end.

 

I have no idea whats wrong with the drive. I have formatted it multiple times.
