why gtx 960 ? I pref 970 but its over my budget. Also becouse of there nvidia shadowplay, live stream and other thigns .

Everyoneh ere suggesting me here to get r9 380 rather but I never used amd cards and my friends got some bad reviews about them.
My self Im neutral about amd vs nvidia
nvidia got cool features amd price like 5-8 eursless and 5-10 fps more in games

Save for the 970. Or get a 390. Are you going to be doing 1440p or 4k?

AMD 300 series doesnt have some of the problems of the 200 series. Most of the bad views of AMD cards were caused by the crappy reference coolers on the r9 290/x and old drivers from pre-2014. The 380 is a great card, go for it, unless you really really need cuda or something. Ive had a good experience with my old amd system, no major problems, and it ran games like a champ.

A 2013 laptop with a regular sized battery still has better battery life than a 2017 laptop with a massive battery! I think this is a testament to apple's ability at making laptops, or maybe how little CPU technology has improved even 4+ years later (at least, until the recent introduction of 15W 4 core CPUs). Anyway, I'm never going to get a 35W CPU laptop again unless battery technology becomes ~5x better than as it is in 2018.

Apple knows how to make proper consumer-grade laptops (they don't know how to make pro laptops though). I guess this mostly software power efficiency related, but getting a mac makes perfect sense if you want a portable/powerful laptop that can do anything you want it to with great battery life.

390 > 970

You can use OBS to stream. You answered you own question. The 380 is the better performing card.

What did your friends say was bad about AMD? Did they say exactly or did they just say AMD sucks like an average Nvidia fanboy?

I dont get deep into their problems (becouse that was not my problems ) but they said they was way unhappy  before with amd card ,and after going for nvidia they feeled much better in gaming and ,video recording.

I know that I can broadcast with OBS but nvidia got new shadowplay with possible to record in 4k (I need only 1080p) and autoupload to youtube, stream from game without additional programs.

And also why 380 is that better than gtx 960 ?

they probably felt better in gaming because of new video card, I personally notice no difference between nvidia and amd in gaming besides in fps and certain features, you can just video record using obs if you have an igpu or beefy CPU. I have nvidia card and I dont use it for video recording, I even dont use it for video editing because it makes my software unstable.

cuda is a thing that is generally used by coders, and proffesionals, dont worry about this because very few programs use it (except for the really expensive ones). AMD cards come with their equivilant which is openCL 2.0 is much more widely used.

Considering the games you are playing, yep you will definitely be happy with an AMD card such as a 380

380 is that better than gtx 960 ?

yes.

Because better raw performance, (as said above) and better compute performance (which is good for things such as OpenCL, professional applications and directX 12)

everyone just seems to like sapphire, doesn't make too much of a difference though, if you like the gigabyte design, then go for it. I personally have a gigabyte gtx 970 and it's been pretty good.

dont get a K cpu unless you plan to do overclocking, and from what I can see, you are only getting the stock heatsink, so just get the 4690.

I cant think of any other ways to make it cheaper on the top of my head
