hi is was wondering if you could help me find the parts for a relatively cheap build with a 970 I would like it if you could build the system on pcpartpicker.de my budget is around 1140 EUR and I need a monitor and operating system in the price.

thank you in advance

I'd highly suggest a newer platform.  The 970 chipset is 3 years old and isn't even the top tier of that era.  Even then the 990FX is better.  Please reconsider your options.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

I think he means the graphics card.

Do people build their computer around the video card?!?!  Sounds like even a worse idea than building a 3 year old computer.

Where in europe? Germany? Italy? They both have part pickers.

and are you doing anything besides gaming?

I think he meant a 970 GPU, in which case the 390 is a better option overall.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Usually yes. It is the most important piece of the computer.

I have to disagree.  The platform is BY FAR the most important thing to consider when putting together a build.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

pcpartpicker germany. if you can put a build together in the pricerange 1070-1140 EUR it should be able to run the newest titles  max settings at 1080p and I'm gonna use zbrush and cryengien and monitor and operating system has to be in the price.

you're not going to be able to run games at max settings at 1080p with a single gtx 970. you need a gtx 980 for that.

Yes, but if you had some crappy graphics card, say the R7 240, with the new i7 6700k on for the chip, the 1151 platform. There would only be a difference of 2 fps if you went with an i5 4690k, as the CPU platform isn't as important. As long as it is a quad core clocked over 3.0ghz you're fine.

But the video card can be upgraded easily.  The platform on the other hand will require a complete reworking of the whole system.

The video card upgrade will completely change the performance of the system. Example: i5 4690k with GTX 960 2gb, upgrades to skylake i5, almost no change in performance.

i5 4690k with GTX 960, upgrades to R9 390, +25 or more FPS even when running at higher settings.

Exactly.  This is the reason why, when building your system, you should base it on the platform and not the video card.
