would you buy a dedicated intel gpu if intel one day decided to start making dedicated gpu's 

and they had similar performance to a amd/nvidia of the time

depends on features

 

if they were designed to be utilized with intel cpus and there was some hardware benefits of that where the gpu could communicate with the cpu quickly, id be the first to buy

Not sure if I would, probably would just stick with nvidia.

Only if the Intel GPU was the best card for whatever money I had to spend.
