280x or 960?

For price to performance, what's better: a 280x (3gb) for $200, or a 960 (2gb) for $165? This is at 1080p, by the way.

280x. 285/380 is newer architecture and uses slightly less power (In comparison to the 280x). I'd personally take a 285/380 over a 280x.

But if you find a r9 380 2gb for the same price of the 960, get it.

Or the r9 380 4gb for the same price of the 280x.
