Hello,

Greetings,

So I did a fresh windows 8.1 install and since then I cannot install any programs on my both of my partitions (Yeah even C).I guess this has something to do with the drive permissions,So I changed the drive owner to - 1.TrustedInstaller 2.Admin 3.Users But still nothing happened,I also checked the permissions for all of the them and they all have full access but not "special permissions" I dunno what that means and guess it's not that important.So after that I installed win 8.1 and formatted the sys reserved partition along with the C: drive but surprisingly the permissions remained the same,still cannot do anything.This is really frustrating as whenever I install something it installs it to a secret location That I do not know of.After installation if a program makes a shortcut I opened the file location and well the path is the same as normal but the files are not there.I know this could be confusing so here you go-

NORMAL

E->FOLDER1(plus tons of folders)->file1(plus tons of files)

SHORTCUT

E->FOLDER1(only 1 folder)->file1(only 1 file)

Hope you get it now.Please do help as my PC is basically useless right now and I really need it to work asap.

Thank you!

Just redo the fresh install. That is not normal at all.
