Preferably case should be able handle gtx 960/970 windforce with 3 coolers so they're like 31cm

You can also suggest your own case with similar design , preferably with silent isolation (about cooler master silencio like 452 or 652 their design isn so great for me sorry)

nanoxia deep silence 3: 10/10 ; be quiet! silent base 800: 10/10 ; Fractal design R5: 10/10. All of those are pretty silent even without acoustic treatment

Fractal Design R5 is best one in that list IMO. Has a nice, clean look but doesn't hold back on features.

Nanoxia looks cool ,but there is no nanoxia in my shops, be quiet silent base 800 looks even better but its price is too much R5 price 104 eur and its my limit I can afford for an case,

2) Is cheap plastic crap like everything else Zalman makes, not to mention it looks awful

3) Is made better than the Zalman case but it's still plastic and has a shit HDD cage design that will kill all airflow from the front of the case.

You realize the PCB16 is twice the price of what he/she is willing to pay? I might add that in this price range LianLi is a great choice, but a decent case with extra Insulation would be a better value.

I loved that lianli case but there is no that company cases in my shops

The only cases I saw on the Skytech site that I would consider suggesting would be the Corsair Obsidian 550D(I had this case personally) and the Be Quiet Silent Base 800. Aside from that the selection is pretty meh imo but I am quite picky when it comes to cases.

Sorry but I told few times I wont pay more than 100 eurs for case ,my pc I own now is based on case for 10 eurs ,and its ok ,but I want to change it as I got new build.

So please suggest smth under 100
