Uplay games will not launch after new MY DOCUMENTS folder

Roboslash1

Cannot launch assassins creed 3. My Harddrive path had been corrupted, so I had to make a new folder with my documents. I see that many games have files in My Documents. After creating new folders and paths, AC3 and AC Unity and watch dogs will not launch. Watch dogs does launch, though after the ubisoft logo it freezes. I have tried deleting the Gamerprofile document but no luck. I have no problems in AC Revelations of Far Cry 4. Is there any way to make the games read off documents from a new folder/path?

I have no problems with steam games.

Thank you.

find the games in the registry and find what files it is targeting. When you launch the game it checks the registry to locate the resources necessary to launch the application. if everything checks out there look through the game folder and see what dependency's exist in it that is trying to target the old documents location. If all of this sounds like french to you don't touch anything and try to diagnose it through Uplay. Sry if I cant be of much help right now i'm not at home to access my computer with Uplay on it games so I don't have a road map to follow.

I will do the best I can to help in any way. However I am not all knowing and realize that I can be wrong. that's why I need my PC for a road map. Once the application launches its up to the applications in the folder to manege each other. to know what points to what takes a more hands on approach. So sry I wont be able to help until i'm in front of my PC at home if i remember to look. I can also just be a Uplay issue. I have been forced by them to re-download games I already had the files to, to reinstall it. It has even Deleted the files I already had In the process of reinstalling. So long story short back it up in a separate location before you reattempt a reinstall i'm speaking from experiencing. Uplay can be a "insert dirogitory agitive here".
