Setting up steam to not change any settings?

I want to add some computer's ...to where people can come in and play games on steam, but i want it to where they cant change any setting's like password, or buy anything, etc...so is there a way to change the account like that?

The owner of the game has priority over it

iif you are offering this as a paid service then you are going to need to look into if Steam allow you to do this. My guess would be no.

So if i had 5 computer's besides my main one, and i added them to the family library sharing, they could play games at the same time? and not change the settings? cause that's what im asking, they wont be getting on my computer, but on their own

Yes but you can only have each game running once, you can not all play CS:GO from the same account.

that's fine, so they would all have to be playing different games...and what would it say if they tried playing the same game?

The account holder can play and kick the other person off, if anyone else tries it would say something like 'Game already in use' I think, been a long time since I tried it.

Someone else mentioned legal issues with Steam, I would look into this if you are going to charge people to play the games. If its just for family / friends then that's ok.
