Hey I wanna build a pc with the h440 razer case the budget it around 800-1200s its gonna be used to play some but not all steam games league of legends and world of Warcraft. also watching/streaming on twitch and watching 1080 movies with torrents

What @Amazingasian put together is pretty decent, however it does have some flaws like using the 850 Pro SSD instead of the Evo one.

Here's an improved version of the build for less. Twice as much RAM, twice as big SSD, twice as big, better quality HDD and a more powerful CPU especially in multithreading since it features 8 threads, much better for streaming on Twitch as you'll be doing. It's basically the best build in terms of performance per dollar you can possibly get (not counting the case, you just wanted this particular one).

Do you need a monitor with it as well?

Otherwise, you could just slap a razer logo on a less expensive case so it doesn't cut into your budget, but I don't personally really care about aesthetics so...

There ya go, Xeon 1231v3 + 390, bit of room for an SSD and the like, but with a silencio case.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
