GTX 660Ti SLI or single 7xx/9xx?

Sir_Chicken

Ok so I own a 660ti and I kinda need an upgrade, I found some benchmarks with SLI 660ti vs 760, 780 and it turned out for the 660's to be better than these two,
with the 970, and the FPS and such were about the same. And I don't know about buying a 780 and then SLI it with my current card, but I also will need a PSU upgrade...

EDIT: After a bigger amount of research I'm not sure if my motherboard can even support having two of them...

1. you mobo doesnt support sli

2. you cant sli different cores

3. if you can possibly avoid it then dont sli. it is better to buy a single higher end card because there are a lot of problems with sli.
