Allright so i want to get a I5 4690k but my friends are saying i just need to get a better gpu and not waste money on my cpu. I have an amd fx 4130 btw. please tell me im right and i need a beter cpu.

well a bulldozer chip wouldn't hurt to be upgraded. But your video card is more important.

Question what GPU do you have? Its not a bad idea to upgrade yet I think the GPU depending on what you are running matters at this point.
