Help ?! :S

So my friend was playing league of legeneds and Minecraft fine with fps that we was okay with

 

when he restarted his computer that night he got bluscreen and got stuck in a loop

he then reinstalled windows 

installed all the drivers 

but now minecraft wouldnt work 

was getting "Bad video card driver"

but he used geforce experience to update so i know it wasnt that

then i thought it was a laptop so it might have the silly 2 video cards thing in it 

so i got him to install the intel driver to 

then minecraft worked

but......

then he was only getting about 3-10fps

we have tried intalling new Java 

deleting the .minecraft folder 

but still having the same problem

un-installing and reinstalling drivers for both cards but 

still cant figure it out 

ive never seen this problem before 

plus have looked on the internet for solutions but cant find any that work

 

Any ideas very much welcome :D

Can you upload the dump files for the BSOD as explained in this thread, and you will also get more people to help you if you change the thread title to something like "BSOD with video driver issue intel HD4000+<whatever GPU>" (To change the title, edit your original post and click on "Full editor", then there's a field to change the title.

Upload the dump files from C:\Windows\Minidump in a compressed archive (.zip etc) to the forum using the "Attach Files" button under the editor. This allows us to read the error messages and diagnose the problem effectively and quickly.
