SO, I have accidentally leave my laptop plugged to the power brick overnight, will this affect to much for the laptop? And if this happening in a long run what are the effects?(I'm using Lenovo Y50-70)

It doesn't affect anything. It just goes into trickle-charging once the battery hits 100% or simply shuts off the charging.

My old laptop ran and still runs like that for 5 and a half years :D
