Higher clock on the 41. And since you can't OC Xeons (minus increasing FSB) the Xeon E3-1241 is the one to go with.

Because industry grade professionals quite often have other sources about hardware, or at least their own informal network on reviewing.

I know but just , I found tons of videos on youtube and PC builds on google with e3-1231 ,but almost nothing about e3-1241 ? why ? is it have some kind of problems and no one buying it or what?

The performance difference is minimal, seriously. Unnoticeable in most real-world use cases. The 1231 is a great CPU with better bang for buck, so I'd suggest just getting the 1231v3.

The problem is there no e3-1231 stock in my shop so some guy suggested for me 1241 becouse now price difference like 9 eur .But Im afraid becouse there is no tests and almost no info about it

The 1241 is also a great chip, so if there are no 1231s then by all means get the 1241.

The cost difference is larger for most retailers. And the added cost is not worth the 100 MHz.

They're basically the same chip. The only difference is the 41 runs at a higher clock. So with that small price difference. I'd go for the 41.

the 41 is the same chip binned slightly better, hence the 100MHz difference in clock speed. If you can pick one up for minimal cash difference then do so.
