So I am waiting on the new amd volcanic island GPUs to come out , but from all the rumours the 9970 seams like it is going to be a 780 maybe even a Titan contender meaning its going to be a very expensive card and well out of my budget. So it looks like the 9950 is going to be my card but when is it going to be released ? Is it like the same time as the 9970 abit like when intel released the haswell i5 and i7 at the same time or is it going to be coming out later ? Plus what should I pair it with a fx 8350 , 4670k or 3570k ?

9950 might come end of this year, and it will be lot cheaper than 780.

And i would get 8350, if you are gaming and editing.

Also pair two products of similar generations.

Pair it with upcoming AMD FX piledriver cpus or with Intel Haswell processors like the 4670k (tho it has a heat issue when overclocked)

I want to wait for pile driver but when does it come our

Upcoming Piledriver FX's, they are already out, do you mean Steamroller?
