How are they not compatible with k70 rgb?

Have thought of it the same way... no idea since the keycaps are designed to work with all types of cherry MX switches.

they are, but not he whole set. 

You can custom order the correct set here

or go for universal sets here

they dont have it without any letters on the keys

the first universal et and I think the custom set both don't have printing. 

More expensive than mass drop, but if someone's KB is not compatible with the mass drop set and still wants it

do they work with the normal k70??!?!?

second one is incompatible w/ my K70 RGB

the second one sure is compatible with my k70, your rgb isn't different. Look again. It's a universal set. Includes multiple space bars and bottom  row key sizes. In fact, the only review is a k70 RGB user.

you can clearly tell that the CTRL key is smaller on the image than on your K70. CTRL is a bit longer than the pcb's length.

 

Just because he has a K70 doesn't mean it fits perfectly.

you are clearly not looking hard. It has multiple sizes available. Including the one for the k70
