Broadband connection error

I just got my first pc and I am trying to set up a broadband connection for it. After I press connect it starts to connect through the wan miniport, but then it just gives me error 651. If anyone knows how to fix this then it would be greatly appreciated!

GPU- EVGA GeForce 750ti sc

Motherboard- Asrock h97m pro4

RAM- Crucial Ballistics 8gb (2 by 4)

PSU- Corsair cx500

HDD- WD Blue 1tb

then you should just be able to connect the pc to your router.

I know, I am able to use an Ethernet cable to connect it but is there anyway to get a wireless connection?
