HELP NEEDED URGENTLY!

 have just finished building my pc and nothing is showing up on my screen. i have made sure everything is plugged in also. My motherboard lit up on where it says dram and then it turned off. Then the light switched to VGA. and now i dont know what do do. all of the fans are spinning and i am getting power to my mouse and keyboard. please help

What's the specs of,the PC?

Try plugging your monitor into your motherboard and not the GPU.

set your boot drive as the boot priority

For a disk insulation you might have to set the reader as the boot drive to remove the operating system, then set the SSD as the boot drive. I unplugged my HD to make sure windows installed on the SSD.
