Anti-Static Protection?

Go to solution Solved by W-L,

I am wanting to properly ground myself for my computer build. I will plug in the power supply and put a screw in the back. Will putting the alligator clip for my anti static things on that screw ground them out? (The power supply is a supernova from EVGA. It seems to be coated, the screws are painted.)

Yes that will be more than adequate if your worried about ESD when building, if you want to guarantee it's working connection just use a multimeter to probe and see if it's making a solid electrical connection.
