Compatability with RAM

So, I have this setup right now; http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/BzGK99

 

The ram is DDR4 at 2666 MHZ, but the motherboard states that it only supports 2133 MHZ, but this has not flagged up as incompatable,

Is this ok?

 

Also, will this Mobo be able to handle overclocking by 500 MHZ?

The motherboard will just downclock the RAM(not 100% sure)
