iPhone 6s Storage + iCloud

Hi,

 

I am planning to get an iPhone 6s when it is released but I don't know whether to get the 16 or 64gb versions. I was thinking if it would be possible to get the 16gb and buy more iCloud storage and store stuff there. Would that be possible and what would I be able to put on iCloud?

Dont buy 16GB with an iphone. BAD idea.

You will have to pay like $5 a month for more cloud storage and it is not really intuitive, my dad has the iPhone 6 and whenever he asks me to do some stuff with his iCloud account I can't do shit.

True but the CPU isnt really going to help it, guarenteed same amount of RAM and the battery has gotten SMALLER so i wouldnt touch it. ( i also dont like the idea of 3d touch)
