Gaming Rig for max. 700$

Hi,

 

i'm helping a friend, who is looking for a new gaming pc. His maximum budget is 700$. He's playing games like battlefield, counterstrike and stuff. He has a keyboard, mouse and monitor, so no need for a console. 

I thought of something like that: 

i5-4590

GTX 960

8Gb Ram

450W power supply

and some cheap Z97 Mainboard

 

What are your suggestions?

weird now it does to for me

btw - I'd suggest skipping corsair CX and CS with a gaming build.
