Need good audio manager

So I used to have sound blaster cinema in my pc but rencently I upgraded to windows 10 and it stopped working. What other good solutions do I have for sound? I didn't really like the surround option in sound blaster cinema but perhaps you guys know some other program which ahs a good quality surround. if so please tell me :)

For headsets? Razer Surround.
