Weird artifacts (new monitor)

Since i got my new BenQ XL2420G i see weird artifacts when tabbing in and out of applications.

Otherwise its working fine.

 

Have not had this issue with my previous monitor. Same gpu.

if it was expensive send it back, dont risk it dying.

Could be software related as well - do you see them always?

wait - do you mean a few lines flashing here and there and going back to normal?

Did it happen with the old monitor?

 

have you updated drivers? What's your card?

Card: GTX 670

Same drivers as the previous monitor

and no the old monitor worked

might be a fault with the monitor, I would send it back for testing/replacing

Definitely not normal then - try sending back the monitor.

Check the monitor settings for refresh rate overdrive or just overdrive and turn it off.
