Unidentified network no network access issue

Generally this would be easy to fix but I have no clue what to to with this one when I log on my network adapter says that there is no connection whatsoever then it loads for 30 secs ish and says the no network access. Not shire what to do here because it may be a virus because my antivirus has been disabled multiple times without my permission. Even ran combofix (overkill I know) and didn't find anything.

Please help thanks.

Boot into safe mode with networking, download malwarebytes anti-malware, run a full scan with it, reinstall your anti-virus software (jw, what antivirus is it? I'd recommend Avast or AVG) and run a scan with that as well.

Can you tell me what IP address is being given to your computer by DHCP? Just open a command prompt and type "ipconfig /all", you are looking for the lines "ipv4 address", "default gateway" and "dns servers". This information will help us rule out any kind of DHCP issue and we will know if we need to look at something else.

I agree with TheKDub and Wombo, but they are targetting two different parts of the problem. Please do both. Shypin's recommendation isn't going to matter until Wombo's question is answered and we are sure all the IP addresses are correct.

Anything in the 169.254.0.0/16 range indicates the device tried to receive an address via DHCP and, for whatever reason, couldn't. You could try just manually assigning an IP address for now. Are there any other devices on the network? are they receiving address information normally?

Is your computer connected wired or wireless? If wired, try another ethernet cable. If wireless, move closer to your router. In either case, are other devices able to get an IP address (other than something starting with 169.254) from the same router?
