Failed to create D3D device!

So today i upgraded to windows 10 and when i try to play CSGO i cant.

I did this https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=36&v=BEfciZG0WRU and it works, idk if the problem is because i use 3840x2160 DSR with my gtx 980 strix (with upgraded drivers) or what, help me please =(
